Static residential (ISP) proxies quick start
Lease dedicated ISP IPs for a period, renew within the grace window, and keep unlimited sessions on each IP.
Top up the wallet, then buy
IPProxy is wallet-first. Add balance with FastPay (cards and supported local methods), then purchase residential GB or static IP plans from checkout. Successful wallet purchases debit balance immediately; if fulfilment cannot complete, the charge is refunded to the wallet.
- Billing → add funds with FastPay
- Checkout → pick product, quantity and location
- Dashboard → copy credentials and start traffic
Buy static residential IPs
Open Checkout → ISP / Static Residential. Pick country (and city when offered), quantity, and billing period (for example 30 days). Each IP is dedicated for the paid period and shows its own expiry on Dashboard → Static Residential.
- Priced per IP × period, not per GB
- Unlimited bandwidth/sessions within fair use for that IP
- Credentials appear as soon as the order is fulfilled
Renewal and the 1-day grace
Renew before expiry from the static IP list. After expiry IPProxy keeps a short renew grace of about 1 day: you can still attempt renew, but the upstream IP may already be reassigned and the attempt can fail. Past that grace, renew is blocked — buy a new IP instead.
Removing an IP in the dashboard after it is past grace is a soft-delete in your account only; it does not call the supplier to release the IP.
- Renew while active, or within ~1 day after expiry
- Failed renew attempts refund the wallet charge
- Past grace → purchase a fresh IP
Connect your first requests
Every fulfilled order shows host, port, username and password in the dashboard. Copy a line in your preferred format (host:port:user:pass, user:pass@host:port, or a protocol URL) and paste it into your scraper, browser extension or SDK.
IPProxy publishes traffic through gw.ipproxy.co. Depending on the supplier channel behind your plan you will see port 5001 or port 7777 — use the exact host and port printed on the order card. The same port accepts HTTP(S) CONNECT and SOCKS5.
- Host: gw.ipproxy.co (always use the public host from the dashboard, not a supplier hostname)
- Ports: 5001 or 7777 — trust the value shown for that proxy line
- Protocols: HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 on the same port
Keep the same exit IP
Static residential lines keep the same public IP for the subscription lifetime (unless the supplier rotates for abuse or network reasons). Point long-lived integrations at the host:port:user:pass shown for that row.
