What is a static residential / ISP proxy?
A dedicated IP from an ISP ASN, leased for a period (for example 30 days). Bandwidth is not metered per GB like residential traffic; you keep the same exit for integrations that need stability.
Dedicated ISP IPs, renewals and the post-expiry grace window.

Yes, briefly. IPProxy allows roughly 1 day of renew grace after expiry. During grace, renew may still succeed, but the IP might already be reassigned upstream and fail — failed attempts refund the wallet. After the grace window, renew is blocked and you must buy a new IP.
Past-grace removals soft-delete the row in your IPProxy account so the list stays clean. This does not call the supplier to release the IP on their side.
