Order statuses, invoices and how wallet ledger entries look.

What do order statuses mean?

fulfilled — proxies are ready in the product dashboard. refunded — wallet was credited back after a failed fulfilment. Other delayed states mean provisioning is still in progress; check Orders and retry or contact support if it stalls.

Where are my proxy credentials?

Residential → Dashboard → Residential. Static / ISP → Dashboard → Static Residential. Datacenter → Dashboard → Datacenter. Each row exposes host, port, username and password plus export helpers.
